b) The transportation of oversized and overweight goods must use vehicles suitable for the type of goods and must have a road use permit issued by the competent state authority.
c) Vehicles transporting oversized and overweight cargo must travel at the speed specified in the permit and must display signs indicating the cargo's dimensions. If necessary, traffic guides must be stationed to ensure traffic safety.
d) The Minister of Transport shall specify regulations regarding the transportation of oversized and overweight cargo.
