PROCEDURES FOR IMPORTING WIFI TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER EQUIPMENT
This document outlines the import procedures for Wi-Fi transceiver equipment. Hopefully, it will help everyone understand this device better.

STEP 1: REGISTER FOR PRODUCT QUALITY ASSESSMENT
Businesses need to bring the following documents to register for quality inspection at the Telecommunications Department:
Application for quality inspection (2 copies)
Invoice, P/O, Packing list, B/L, Catalog
Processing time: 3-4 days from the date of receiving the application.

STEP 2: PROCEED WITH CUSTOMS PROCEDURES
After the enterprise receives the results of the Quality Control Registration Application from the Telecommunications Department, the enterprise proceeds to open the import declaration and clear the goods through customs.

STEP 3: SEND THE GOODS FOR TESTING
Once the goods have cleared customs, the business needs to bring one sample of the Wi-Fi transmitter to the Technical Center - Radio Frequency Department for testing.
Testing time: 10-15 business days
Costs: These are applied according to the specific standards for the imported products as stipulated in Circular 04/2023/BTTTT; there is no single fee for all products.

STEP 4. PREPARE THE CONFORMITY CERTIFICATION FILE
The documents required for obtaining a Certificate of Conformity for Wi-Fi transmitters include:
The application for conformity certification must be submitted using the form provided by the certification body.
Copy of business registration certificate
Technical documentation for the product proposed for quality control (in Vietnamese or English; fully showing the following contents: name, symbol, technical information of the product, external photos, manufacturer)
Quality management system certification (applicable to PT 1); ISO 9001-2015
Measurement results (applicable to PT 1)
Production process and product quality assurance process (applicable to PT 5)
Documents relating to the product batch proposed for conformity certification (applicable to PT 7).

STEP 5. COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE FOR DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The necessary documents to proceed with the registration procedure for Wi-Fi transceiver devices using this method are as follows:
Sample Certificate of Conformity as prescribed by regulations
Copy of the equipment's Certificate of Conformity.
Technical documentation for the device
Business registration certificate
Sample of the ICT conformity declaration seal for enterprises
Product test results
Customs declaration form for imported goods
After submitting the Declaration of Conformity, the import procedure for WIFI transceiver equipment is considered complete.
