+ Decree 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018;

+ Circular No. 09/2019/TT-BKHCN dated September 30, 2019;

+ Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017;

+ Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020. T

According to the above documents, time attendance machines are not on the list of prohibited imports. However, when carrying out import procedures for time attendance machines, the following points should be noted:

- Used time attendance machines are prohibited from import; when importing time attendance machines, goods must be labeled according to Decree 43/2017/ND-CP;

- Identifying the correct HS code is crucial for determining the correct tax and avoiding penalties.
