Latest Policies and Procedures for Importing Beef

The procedures for importing beef in particular, and livestock meat in general, are regulated by the following documents:

Circular No. 14/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015
Circular No. 103/2015/TT-BTC dated July 1, 2015
Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 30, 2016
Circular 24/2017/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 15, 2017
Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015; amended and supplemented by Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018.
Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018

From the above legal documents, we can see that beef is a normal commodity and does not fall under the category of prohibited goods for import or export.
