During the process of importing CNC machines for our customers, Door to Door Vietnam has gained the following experience, which we would like to share with you for your reference. When handling the import procedures for CNC machines, please note the following:
Import duties are an obligation that must be fulfilled to the state.
The VAT rate for CNC machines is 10%.
When importing CNC machines, the goods must be labeled according to Decree 43/2017/ND-CP;
Identifying the correct HS code is crucial for determining the correct tax and avoiding penalties.
Used CNC machines must not be more than 10 years old to be allowed for import.
