Things to note when transporting refrigerated containers.
Refrigerated containers are constructed from sturdy stainless steel, including the walls, floor, and roof, which is a key difference between refrigerated containers and regular containers. The floor of a refrigerated container has a corrugated design to enhance its load-bearing capacity. Behind the stainless steel layer is a layer of polyurethane (PU) insulation.

Making a booking : In addition to requirements regarding loading and unloading ports, the following important points should be noted when making a booking:
+ Container types: 20RE, 22RE, 40 R1… You can find more information about container types here.
+ Temperature (Temp): The temperature range of a refrigerated container is from -30°C to +30°C, regulated by the refrigeration system mounted at the rear of the container. Each item has a different optimal temperature, so the customer needs to provide accurate temperature information for setup.
Incorrect temperature control can reduce product quality in mild cases and ruin products in severe cases. Temperature is measured in two units: degrees Celsius (C) and degrees Fahrenheit (F), (1°C = 33.8°F).
For example: bananas require a temperature of 3°-4°C, fresh coconuts 5°C, meat and fish require temperatures below 0°C, fish 5°F…
+ Ventilation: Ventilation refers to the degree of fresh air circulation inside the container. It helps regulate the air temperature throughout the container, eliminates harmful gases emitted from the goods themselves, regulates humidity inside the container, and prevents condensation on the container walls and dripping onto the goods, causing spoilage (this condensation is called sweating inside the container ).
