Import procedures for thermos flasks

Imported thermos flasks come from many different countries. However, the import procedures for thermos flasks are complex. as stipulated in the following documents:

Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015; amended and supplemented by Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018.
Decree 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018
Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated February 2, 2018
Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017;
Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020.
Circular 28/2021/TT-BYT dated December 20, 2021.

According to the legal documents mentioned above, you can see that new thermos flasks are not on the list of prohibited import and export goods. Used flasks, however, can be imported as scrap and require an import license.
