The procedures for importing bedding are governed by the following legal documents:

Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015; amended and supplemented by Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018.
Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018
Decision 18/2019/QD-TTg dated April 19, 2019
Circular No. 21/2017/TT-BCT dated October 23, 2017
Official document 4470/TCHQ-TXNK dated September 16, 2021

According to the above documents, bedding items are not on the list of prohibited imports. The import procedures for bedding items are carried out like those for other normal goods.
