When importing any type of goods, you must first understand the import policy for that item. The import policy for various types of air blowers is regulated in the following legal documents:
- Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015; amended and supplemented by Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018;
- Circular 22/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 6, 2018;
- Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013;
- Official document No. 1534/GSQL-GQ1 dated July 26, 2017;
- Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017;
- Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020.
