Import procedures for prefabricated houses

The policies and procedures for importing prefabricated houses and modular buildings in particular, and other imported goods in general, are stipulated in the following legal documents:
- Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015; amended and supplemented by Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018;
- Circular No. 14/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015;
- Decree 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013
- Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017;
- Official document 5636/TCHQ-TXNK dated August 24, 2017;
- Decree 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018;
- Official document No. 2714/TCHQ-TXNK dated April 27, 2020;
- Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020.
According to the aforementioned legal documents, prefabricated houses are not on the list of prohibited imports.
