- Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015; amended and supplemented by Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018;
- Decree 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018;
- Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated February 2, 2018;
- Decision No. 583/QD-TCHQ dated March 22, 2019;
- Decision 3390/QD-BCT dated December 21, 2020;
- Decision 920/QD-BCT dated March 20, 2020;
- Decision No. 2711/QD-BKHCN dated December 30, 2022;
- Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017;
- Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020.
- Official document 638/TCHQ-TXNK dated February 22, 2022.
According to the above documents, steel pipes are not on the list of prohibited imported goods.
