Import procedures for plastic and wood flooring panels.

The procedures and policies for importing floor tiles are stipulated in the following legal documents:
Circular 14/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015;
Circular 23/2015/TT-BKHCN dated November 13, 2015;
Decree 36/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016;
Circular 1895/TCHQ-TXNK dated March 23, 2017;
Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018;
Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015; amended and supplemented by Circular 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018;
Circular 12/2018/TT-BCT dated 18/16/2018;
Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017;
Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020.
According to the above legal documents, floor tiles are not on the list of prohibited imports. However, used floor tiles are on the list of prohibited imports. When carrying out import procedures for floor tiles, the following points should be noted:
Used floor tiles are not permitted to be imported;
When importing floor tiles, the goods must be labeled in accordance with Decree 43/2017/ND-CP;
Identifying the correct HS code is crucial for determining the correct tax and avoiding penalties.
