Procedures for importing plastic pellets

For this type of product , the import procedure for plastic pellets, as stipulated in Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC, will be carried out like any other normal product. The import dossier for plastic pellets includes:
- Customs declaration
- Sales contract
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading
- Certificate of origin (CO), if available.
- Catalog (if available)… and other documents if required by customs.
The above is a complete list of documents required for importing plastic pellets. The most important are the customs declaration, certificate of origin (if applicable), commercial invoice, and bill of lading. Any remaining documents will be submitted upon request by customs officials.
