ASL Logistics organizes the 2021 Workers' Conference.

Despite a challenging year marked by the complex global Covid-19 pandemic, ASL Logistics, under the steady leadership of the Board of Directors and the management team, and with the unity of all its employees, has fostered a spirit of solidarity and democracy, successfully achieving and exceeding its business targets. This has propelled the company to remarkable growth and earned it numerous accolades and awards.

Recognizing the hard work and dedication of its employees, the Board of Directors of ASL Logistics decided to organize a team-building event in Da Lat from April 15-17, 2022. This was combined with the 2021 Employee Conference, aiming to create a warm atmosphere and reflect on a challenging but also united year for all ASL Logistics staff.

Based on the achievements, the Chairman of the ASL Logistics Company's Trade Union, Mr. Ha The Trung, expressed his desire for ASL Logistics to continue to do a good job of caring for and ensuring the welfare and well-being of its employees, and to pay more attention to their thoughts and aspirations. In addition, he emphasized the importance of extracurricular activities combined with training and development to build a high-quality workforce to fulfill short-term and long-term goals. Most importantly, in the new context, with digital transformation as a breakthrough, and employees at the center, he stressed the need to strengthen regular dialogue to promptly resolve employee concerns, fostering long-term loyalty and commitment from the workforce.

Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Lan - CEO of ASL Logistics, spoke about a challenging but also united year in 2021, marked by the collective efforts of all ASL Logistics employees.

The 2021 Workers' Conference demonstrated a spirit of contribution, responsibility, and concern for business activities and labor relations between the enterprise and its employees. It also provided an opportunity for the Trade Union Executive Committee to listen to and better understand the thoughts and aspirations of its members, in order to develop new directions for the upcoming year 2022.

And like family, the employees of ASL Logistics boldly exchange ideas and contribute opinions on the working methods and business operations of the company in a constructive and highly helpful spirit.
