The "Corporate Culture" training program at ASL Logistics

The fundamental and crucial factor for a business's success is its human resources. At ASL Logistics, we always prioritize training and developing high-quality human resources. Therefore, continuous learning and self-development are distinctive cultural hallmarks of ASL Logistics.

In addition to its business activities, the company always pays attention to and focuses on training its employees by developing and continuously organizing cultural and skills training courses. This aims to strengthen knowledge, develop necessary skills, and provide employees with opportunities to learn more about ASL's culture.

Following the success of the "Corporate Culture" training session held on January 8th, 2022, ASL Logistics organized a second training session on "Corporate Culture Handbook" for all employees working at ASL on January 15th, 2022. This is one of a series of training programs the company is implementing to enhance knowledge, skills, and corporate culture. The training session, led by Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh – Senior Advisor of the Company, provided valuable knowledge to help employees gain a better understanding of ASL's corporate culture. In addition to the in-person attendance of all employees at the head office, employees from branches also participated via online connection.

In the first training session, ASL employees gained a comprehensive overview of the culture and people at ASL Logistics. In the second session, Mr. Chi Thanh delved deeper into the importance of corporate culture. He presented models and methods for maintaining a positive, open, and highly effective corporate culture, such as the BET (Behavior, Emotion, Thinking) model, SMARTER, and the competency pyramid. This provided employees with the tools and guidance to best integrate themselves into ASL's culture.

Maintaining the spirit of the first training session, the second training session took place in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere for all employees. Besides providing knowledge about company culture, Mr. Chi Thanh also listened to opinions and aspirations; openly discussed and guided career paths with employees. Mr. Chi Thanh also took the time to share practical experiences he had gained during his work and life with the company's employees. Mr. Chi Thanh affirmed: "Cultivating culture creates the strength of a business." These were truly valuable experiences for everyone to apply in their work and daily lives.

With the enthusiastic and dedicated guidance of Mr. Chi Thanh and the eager learning spirit of all staff members, the training session was a success and full of meaning. Hopefully, the knowledge gained from this training will be helpful to everyone, enabling them to confidently move forward in their future endeavors.
