ASL Logistics Team Building 2022 - “United in Innovation – Reaching New Heights”

To enhance team spirit and teamwork among employees, on April 15, 2022, ASL Logistics organized an exciting 3-day, 2-night team-building trip for all its staff to Da Lat, the city of a thousand flowers. There, engaging group activities and exciting games took place, leaving all members extremely enthusiastic and full of energy.

Thanks to the meticulous preparation by the organizing committee and the "work hard, play hard, overcome any challenge" spirit of the company's teams, the teambuilding program was a resounding success.

Having fun and laughing heartily in the dreamy city of Da Lat brought all the company's employees closer together. On the faces of the participants, everyone longed for victory but still showed a spirit of unity and love for one another because "ASL is one big family," and whoever wins deserves it.

After a long 300km journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat, the employees had a night to rest, enjoy themselves, and explore the city. On the morning of April 16th, at the Golden Valley tourist area (Da Lat City), amidst the lively atmosphere of all the employees and the resounding cheers of the crowd, the four teams – Team Mai Dinh, Team Da Lat Tiger, Team Wild Horse, and Team Redbull – had a very exciting day of activities. The competition and the efforts to win from both the participating teams and the cheering audience were very enthusiastic, truly reflecting the "work hard - play hard" spirit of ASL Logistics employees.

The games were designed by the organizers with the aim of increasing coordination, mutual support, and teamwork spirit, while still ensuring that all participants had fun. Through the games, it was easy to see that the "warriors" of ASL Logistics were all very passionate and enthusiastic in everything they did. Despite many difficulties and challenges, they still strived to overcome them and succeed. Proof of this is that all the challenges of the teambuilding program were conquered and completed excellently.

No tolerance for delays.

After a morning filled with exciting games, the entire group was taken by the organizers in the afternoon to visit famous tourist attractions in Da Lat such as Truc Lam Zen Monastery and the Clay Tunnel. Following the tour, the staff returned to the hotel to shower, rest, and prepare their glamorous outfits for the year-end Gala and awards ceremony for the teams.

During the gala dinner, following the solemn speech by the General Director – Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Lan, the Chairman of the Trade Union – Mr. Ha The Trung, summarizing the successes achieved in the past year and outlining new directions for 2022, the artistic performances and games, which combined physical and intellectual challenges, contributed to the excitement of the Gala night.

The Gala night concluded with the awards ceremony. The team with the highest score, and thus the champion, was Team Redbull. Following them was Team Da Lat Tiger, who came in second with a close score. Team Mai Dinh finished third, and Team Wild Horse received a consolation prize. A surprise for the participating teams was that the prize money was doubled after their passionate performances and dedication, resulting in a successful teambuilding season.

The consolation prize went to the Wild Horses team.

Third place went to the Mai Dinh team.

The Dalat Tigers team excelled, securing second place overall.

This year's champion team is Redbull, with their passion and outstanding performance in all the competitions. Congratulations to Redbull!

Nothing is difficult when all employees are united and work together to achieve their desired goals. The joy isn't in the rewards they receive; the exhilaration of victory lies in the enduring bond of an "ASL family" that always stands together, overcoming difficulties to reach future successes, in line with the theme of this Teambuilding event: "UNITED IN INNOVATION – REACHING NEW HEIGHTS".
