• Circular 5851/TB-TCHQ dated June 26, 2015
• Circular No. 156/2011/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2011
• Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP dated January 28, 2022

According to the above documents, conveyor belts are not on the list of prohibited imported goods. However,
When importing conveyor belts, the following points should be noted:
• Used conveyor belts are on the list of prohibited imports.
• Accurately identifying the HS code is necessary to avoid penalties and import tax charges;
• Product labels must be affixed to the product or its packaging.
