• Decision No. 583/QD-TCHQ dated March 22, 2019

Stainless steel cable ties are not on the list of prohibited import and export goods.
Procedures for importing plastic zip ties and stainless steel zip ties of all kinds will proceed normally.
For used items, import is in the form of scrap and requires an import license.
