(1) The application for a CO is fully and validly completed.
(2) The CO form has been completed.
(3) Printed copy of export customs declaration.
(4) Copy of commercial invoice (stamped as a certified copy by the merchant);
(5) A copy of the bill of lading or a copy of an equivalent transport document (stamped as a certified copy by the trader) in case the trader does not have a bill of lading.

The process for issuing Certificates of Origin is as follows:
- Step 1: Register your business profile.
The merchant profile includes:
– Register the signature sample of the legal representative of the business or the person authorized to sign the Application for Certificate of Origin (CO) and the business's seal;

– Attach the application for a Certificate of Origin (CO) from www.ecosys.gov.vn
– Submit the application directly at the headquarters of the CO-issuing organization where the business entity has registered its business profile;
