• Certificate of Conformity Registration (1 copy, according to Aqcert's form);
• Import contract for goods: 1 copy;
• Purchase invoice : 1 copy;
• Bill of Lading : 1 copy;
• Goods list/Packing list: 1 copy;
• Import goods declaration form: 1 copy;
• Certificate of Origin (C/O) (if available): 1 copy;
• ISO 9001 for the manufacturing unit (for certification under Method 1);
• And other relevant documents (all of the above documents are certified copies or originals if available).

5. Conditions for implementation:

• The company appoints a liaison to exchange information and receive results.
• Follow the instructions.
• Provide complete information regarding the certified product batch.
