Procedures for importing thermos bottles

Imported thermos bottles are imported from many different countries. However, the procedures for importing thermos bottles are regulated in the following documents:

Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015; amended and supplemented by 39/2018/TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018.
Decree 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018
Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated February 2, 2018
Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017;
Decree 128/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020.
Circular 28/2021/TT-BYT dated December 20, 2021.

According to the above legal documents, you can see that the new thermos is not on the list of prohibited import and export goods. For used goods, they are imported as scrap and must have an import license.
