2M Alliance announces port rotation changes in trans-Pacific services
The 2M Alliance announces port rotation changes to its TP10/Amberjack and TP16/Emerald services in the transpacific route starting May 2023.

The largest container shipping alliance, the 2M alliance (including Maersk and MSC), has decided to make some changes in two services in the transpacific route.
Firstly, the TP10 / Amberjack service will have the following new rotation, effective from May, connecting southern and central China and Korea with the east coast of the United States:
Qingdao (China) – Ningbo (China) – Shanghai (China) – Busan (Korea) – Panama Canal (Panama) – Kingston (USA) – Charleston (USA) – Savannah (USA) – Norfolk (USA) – Kingston (USA) – Panama Canal (Panama) – Busan (North Korea) – Qingdao (China)

Cruises to the ports of Jacksonville and Wilmington will be removed and switched to the TP16/Emerald service, which will be updated starting May 6 with the 8,238 TEU Mount Everest.
Similarly, starting in May, the TP16/Emerald service will follow a new rotation, removing the port of Norfolk but adding the ports of Jacksonville and Wilmington to compensate for the removal of these ports on the TP10/Amberjack service:
Xiamen (China) – Yantian (China) – Shanghai (China) – Busan (China) – Panama Canal (Panama) – Cristobal (Panama) – Savannah (USA) – Jacksonville (USA) – Wilmington ( USA) – New York (USA) – Suez Canal (Egypt) – Singapore (Malaysia) – Xiamen (China)
