1/ Canada ISPS Terminal Surcharge Update (Export)

CMA CGM informs its customers of the updated amounts of the ISPS (International Ship & Port facility Security code) Terminal surcharge in Canada.

Effective from May 25th, 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice

Perimeter: Canada all ports - Export

Cargo: dry, reefer

Amount: USD 10 per unit

Payment: prepaid

2/ Canada ISPS Terminal Surcharge Update (Import)

CMA CGM informs its customers of the updated amounts of the ISPS (International Ship & Port facility Security code) Terminal surcharge in Canada.

Effective from April 21st, 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice (US trades: May 22nd, 2020)

Perimeter: Canada all ports - Import

Cargo: dry, reefer

Amount: USD 10 per unit

Payment: as per freight

3/ End of PSS - Reefer Exports from the USA to Asia

In a continued effort to provide its customers with reliable and efficient services, CMA CGM informs its customers that the Peak Season Surcharge of USD 650 per Reefer unit, applicable since March 13th, 2020 is to be cancelled as follows:

From Asia including China, Taiwan, South Korea, South East Asia, East Coast of India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka (Japan excluded)

To Kenya, Tanzania and Mozambique (all port)

Quantum: USD 300/TEU

All cargo dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk

5/ GRI - From Asia to all Caribbean, Panama & Cuba

In a continued effort to provide our customers with reliable and efficient service, CMA CGM informs of the following General Rate Increase :

Effective May 1st, 2020 (B/L date):

To all Caribbean, Panama & Cuba

Quantum: USD 1,000 per 20' | USD 1,000 per 40'ST, 40'HC & 40'NOR

6/ GRI - From Asia to Mexico, West Coast South America & West Coast Central America

8/ Reefer Empty Equipment Imbalance Surcharge from Le Havre & Montoir, France to Asia

Considering current Reefer equipment situation and high demand to Asia, CMA CGM has decided to implement an Empty Equipment Imbalance Surcharge applicable as follows:

Origin: From Le Havre & Montoir, France

Destination: To North East Asia, South East Asia, China and Hong Kong & Macau SAR

Cargo: Reefer

Amount: USD 1,000 per Reefer unit

Date of application: As from May 1st, 2020 (loading date).

9/ FAK Rates - From Asia to North Africa

Please find the new applicable CMA CGM Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates as follows as from May 1st, 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports in Asia) and until further notice but not beyond May 14th, 2020:

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

Origin Range: From all Asian base ports
Destination Range: To all North African base ports (areas mentioned above)
All outports in Asia and North Africa will be subject to additional surcharges
Date of application: From May 1st, 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports) and until further notice but not beyond May 14th, 2020

10/ FAK Rates - From Asia to the Mediterranean

Please find the new applicable CMA CGM Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates as follows as from May 1st, 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports in Asia) and until further notice but not beyond May 14th, 2020:

11/ PSS - Reefer Cargo from West Med and Adriatic to Asia

Please find the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) rates applicable as from May 1st, 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice:

This PSS will apply as follows:

Origin : From West Med and Adriatic
Destination : To South East Asia, North East Asia, China and Hong Kong & Macau SAR
Cargo: Reefer
Amount: USD 200 per 20'RH & 40'RH
Payment: With the freight
Date of application: May 1st, 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice

12/ FAK Rates - From Asia to North Europe

Please find the new applicable CMA CGM Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates as follows as from May 1st, 2020 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice (but not beyond May 14th, 2020):

Effective May 15th, 2020 (B/L date):

All cargo dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk

To West Africa all ports

From China, South Korea and Taiwan // Quantum: USD 500/20' | USD 1,000/40'

From South East Asia and East Coast of India // Quantum: USD 500/20' | USD 500/40'
